Objetivo:

Garantizar la recuperación oportuna y eficiente de la cartera de clientes, mediante el seguimiento, contacto y negociación directa de pagos, contribuyendo a la liquidez y sostenibilidad financiera de la compañía. Este puesto vela por mantener relaciones profesionales con los clientes, promoviendo acuerdos de pago responsables, resolviendo consultas o incidencias relacionadas con facturación o aplicación de pagos, y asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de crédito y cobranza establecidas.

Educación:

Estudiante universitario o técnico en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresa o Carrera afín al puesto.

Experiencia:

3 años como mínimo en posiciones similares

Otros requisitos:

• SAP: Preferiblemente
• Excel: Intermedio
• Con capacidad analítica y de negociación

Horario:

Lunes a viernes de 07:30 a 16:30
