About Us

Searchbox is an established and highly reputable marketing consultancy for dental practices in Australia. We are looking for an Experienced GHL Funnel Builder with Meta Ads experience to join our growing team. You'll have full ownership of GHL snapshots, landing pages, integrations, workflows and automations for our portfolio of client accounts.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Experienced GHL Funnel Builder with Meta Ads experience to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in creating, managing and optimising snapshots, landing pages, automations, workflows and other GHL assets for a portfolio of dental clients in Australia.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who has strong GHL skills and experience, and wanting to level up their careers with a broader responsibility and client facing engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

The primary task is to build, optimise and maintain snapshots and funnels for our portfolio of client accounts. Additionally, you will need to update workflow automation templates to align with the funnels you build.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build, optimise and maintain GoHighLevel funnels, snapshots and workflows.
• Adjust workflow automation templates, including triggers and workflow steps, to match the funnel.
• Integrate forms, surveys, FB lead forms & mapping, and add tracking via GTM into the funnels.
• Develop new templates, snapshots and assets as part of business improvement
• Participate in development of AI-driven tools and systems

Who We're Looking For

• You're someone who craves responsibility and wants to take ownership of building, managing and optimising funnels for our client accounts.
• Someone with proven experience with GHL funnel building and automations (ideally for service-based businesses or with agency experience).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, roadblocks, and updates promptly.
• You've got knowledge of custom values, form and survey integration, and workflow automation.
• You have familiarity with Canva (or Figma) for designing and editing landing pages.
• Experience integrating lead forms, surveys, and automations into funnels.
• You've got experience with GHL AI Studio and are genuinely interested in leveraging AI tools.
