Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid; onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
Pay Rate: $63.00 (W2)
Start Date: 2025-10-20 | End Date: 2026-03-31
Summary: Ensure payroll data is accurate and processed correctly while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support day-to-day operations of the U.S. payroll team and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Support day-to-day operations of the U.S. payroll team, including processing of expats, relocation, new hires, leaves of absence, benefits, terminations, tax inquiries, payroll helpdesk, and employee changes as needed.
- Monitor and respond to cases via the Employee Service Center ticketing system.
- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, finance policies (Controller’s Manual), and tax and labor law requirements are followed.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of Workday Payroll (required).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Visio, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Expert time management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-national, changing environment and meet deadlines accurately and on time.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support payroll department goals and vision.
Education/Certification:
- No specific degree or certification required; experience-based qualification.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid in Raleigh, NC with onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
