This remote, 18-month position will coordinate virtual and in-person training focused on communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership and broader leadership capabilities while managing project plans, schedules, training logistics, cohort communications, learner engagement and program metrics. The Program Manager will collaborate with Commercial teams, Legal, Compliance, internal training partners and external vendors to ensure learning programs are effective, compliant and delivered on schedule. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, project management or leadership development, with strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, communication and organizational skills; pharmaceutical or biotechnology and Commercial training experience are preferred. This role will partner with internal stakeholders, training teams, and external vendors to deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences that build leadership capabilities, strengthen peer leadership, and support learner engagement. Essential Duties and Job Functions: Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints. Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports. Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines. Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed. Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. ; Proficiency in applications including Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools used to develop instructional content and track classes, calendars, rosters, metrics, and project timelines. ; Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision. ; Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and issues with tact, collaboration, persistence, and sound judgment. ; Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and internal customers across a global company. ; Strong visual, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences. ; Strong facilitation, decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ; Minimum Experience: ; BS or BA Degree ; 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.; Preferred Experience: Pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
