About the job

• Location: Hybrid (HCMC)
• Working time: Flexible schedule (Monday - Saturday, 18:00 - 22:00)
• Student: Working Professionals

Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Lesson Delivery:

• Conduct scheduled online English classes according to the assigned timetable.
• Deliver lessons in line with the objectives, syllabus, and learning outcomes of the assigned program.
• Explain and present lesson content clearly and effectively.
• Provide students with relevant learning strategies, practical tips, and guidance related to the program.
• Create an interactive and supportive online learning environment.
• Ensure classes start and finish on time and are conducted professionally.

2. Lesson Preparation & Materials:

• Prepare lesson slides and teaching materials before each class.
• Adapt existing materials and activities to suit students’: English proficiency levels; Learning objectives; Individual needs; Learning pace.
• Ensure lesson materials and activities are appropriate for the assigned program and learner group.

3. Student Support & Assessment:

• Monitor students’ participation, understanding, and learning progress.
• Provide corrections and constructive feedback during and after lessons.
• Review and evaluate students’: Classwork, Assignments, Learning activities.
• Identify students’ learning difficulties and provide appropriate support or recommendations.
• Communicate relevant feedback to the Academic/Support team when necessary.

4. Coordination & Other Responsibilities:

• Follow company’s academic guidelines, teaching procedures, and program requirements.
• Cooperate with the Academic and Support teams regarding student progress, class-related issues, and teaching quality.
• Attend required training, academic meetings, or professional development activities.
• Complete teaching-related administrative tasks as required, such as: Class Diary.
• Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language or English Pedagogy.
• Candidates whose degree is not in English Pedagogy must hold a recognized teaching certificate.
• Strong English proficiency, equivalent to C1 level (IELTS 7.5+, TOEIC 850+, or an equivalent level).
• Prior experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English proficiency with clear and standard pronunciation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain English concepts clearly and provide effective corrections and feedback.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials based on students’ needs.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, and reliable in teaching commitments.
• Confident in using technology and online teaching platforms, particularly ClassIn
