This role is hybrid office and work from home, based in Lakewood, CO, USA . While our headquarters are located in Chorley, we support a distributed workforce and have fully remote team members based in Colorado and other locations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally using modern collaboration tools and remote-first working practices. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The main duties (but not limited to) are the following: Data Products Team Participation Serve as a member of the Data Products Team, collaborating closely with: Product Manager Geodata Analyst Fellow GIS Technicians Core Data Product Maintenance, Enhancement & Quality Control Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and QA/QC for Whitestar core products, including: ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+ CultureHD WellsHD Research additional data sources, as assigned Customer Service, Processing & Technical Support Process, deliver, and provide technical support for: Subscription-based products ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+ CultureHD WellsHD TrueGRID™ One-off customer orders for the same product line Monitor and respond to LiveChat communications Redirect sales-related inquiries to appropriate internal team members Support customer technical inquiries related to data content, formats, and software usage Communicate professionally with customers via email, LiveChat, phone, and face-to-face interactions
