We are currently looking for a GL Accountant - someone with solid technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in financial accounting. The role involves working with more complex accounting topics and contributing to key financial processes within a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will support the team in statutory and tax‑related activities, contributing to key compliance and reporting processes. YOU WILL Maintain and reconcile GL accounts. Prepare VAT declarations and support tax‑related processes. Participate in the preparation of financial statements in line with applicable standards. Execute tasks related to closing reporting periods. Review accounting entries, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports. Work closely with local and global teams to gather information and resolve issues. Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing accounting processes Practical experience in financial accounting (GL, VAT, month‑end activities). Good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations. Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Communicative English Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems. Ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Availability to work in a hybrid set up - including working from the office located in Cracow.
