GL Accountant

Your responsibilities Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Preparing and posting journal entries in the General Ledger Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Supporting fixed assets, intercompany, and accruals processes Preparing financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Supporting internal and external audits Executing other standard RTR processes as needed, acting as back up Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Analytical mindset with high attention to detail Experience with month-end close and reconciliations Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Experience in transition projects- would be an asset Advanced Excel skills are a plus Fluent English (minimum B2 level) Availability to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week. After 2–3 months, transition to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office. What we offer: Temporary employment contract until January 2027, with the possibility of extension.
