Your Mission

Linnworks is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to join its EMEA Sales Team. You will own the relationships with Linnworks’ most strategic clients and be accountable for driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term value across your portfolio. This role calls for sharp commercial judgement, a consultative, executive-level approach, and the ability to influence across the business to deliver measurable client outcomes.

As a Global Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for your accounts, building long-term strategic partnerships with client leadership and ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions. You’ll also shape and execute account and commercial strategy, turning client ambitions into growth plans that deliver against your objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact at senior and executive level.

  • Own a significant revenue portfolio, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic objectives, business challenges, and success metrics, and use it to anticipate needs proactively.

  • Drive retention, upsell, and expansion across your portfolio, identifying and pursuing multi-year growth opportunities.

  • Lead complex, high-value negotiations and manage renewals and contract discussions with senior client stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and multi-year growth roadmaps for each key client, aligned to their long-term business goals.

  • Champion the client’s voice internally and act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on delivery and outcomes.

  • Take accountability for net revenue retention and growth across your portfolio.

  • Forecast renewals and expansion opportunities with a high degree of accuracy, in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations.

  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and report clearly to leadership on account health, risks, and opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Use client and market insight to shape account strategy and provide input into product and go-to-market direction.

  • Proactively identify process improvements and share best practice to raise standards across the team.

  • Champion and role-model Linnworks’ values of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration.

  • Contribute to company-wide feedback and professional development initiatives.

  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder contract renewals.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the credibility to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
