About the role As our AMS Manager, you will own and evolve The Cloud People's global Application Management Services (AMS) offering. You will be responsible for developing our managed services portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence, and working closely with Sales, Global Competency Centers, and Service Delivery teams to create scalable, high-value AMS services for our customers. This is a strategic role that combines service design, commercial leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement . What you will do Own and develop TCP's global ServiceNow AMS offering. Design and continuously improve service packages, pricing, and delivery models. Work with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support customer proposals and commercial opportunities. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Global Competency Centers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Drive operational excellence through best practices, automation, AI, and continuous improvement. Define key service metrics and use customer feedback to evolve the AMS portfolio. What we are looking for Must-haves Experience managing or developing Application Management Services or managed services for ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of ServiceNow and IT Service Management. Commercial mindset with experience in service design, pricing, or business development. Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL and managed service delivery. Experience with AI, automation, or service innovation. Fluent English, written and spoken. Nice to have Experience working with ServiceNow partners or consulting organisations.
