  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

It would be great if you also have . . .

  • Proven vendor-management experience, including renewals, performance management, contract review, requests for proposal and implementations.
  • Experience in a global technology, life sciences, information services or other knowledge-based organisation.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, integrations or stand-up environments.
  • Experience supporting benefit programme design, global minimum standards or country benefit inventories.
  • Exposure to UKG, SharePoint or similar HR, benefits administration and employee-content platforms.
  • Experience developing repeatable processes, standard operating procedures, controls and reporting in a growing organisation.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of U.S. health and welfare, retirement, life, disability, FSA/HSA, commuter, wellness and voluntary benefit programmes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Annual Open Enrollment, including governance, timelines, vendor coordination, system configuration, testing, communications, enrolment monitoring, audits and post-cycle reconciliation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex eligibility, enrolment, claims, leave and benefits-related employee issues, partnering with vendors and internal teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS and vendors to maintain accurate deductions, employer contributions, eligibility rules, integrations, data interfaces and reconciliations.
