This role will require travel to either London or Southampton once a week or every other week
We’re looking for a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator to join our Everywhen International team. This role is key to delivering global employee benefits programmes to a wide range of clients.
You’ll work closely with consultants, international broker partners, and internal teams to make sure clients receive a smooth, high-quality service. The role combines client contact with day-to-day coordination and administration, so it suits someone who enjoys managing relationships as well as keeping things organised.
What you will do as a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following.
Manage a portfolio of global employee benefits clients, focusing on strong service and retention
Support consultants with new business opportunities and client proposals
Deliver client work including renewals, programme design, and placing cover with providers
Act as a main point of contact for clients and international partners
Coordinate with in-country brokers and insurers to ensure programmes run smoothly
Handle policy administration accurately and on time
Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue
Use internal systems (CRM) to track activity, pipelines, and client work
Ensure all activity meets regulatory and company standards
What we are looking for in a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:
Strong experience in employee benefits, ideally in a global or broking environment
Proven track record of managing client relationships and portfolios
Good understanding of how global benefits programmes operate
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Comfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Office tools
Experience supporting new business activity is a bonus
IF7 or GR1 qualified (or working towards Cert CII)
Key skills and behaviours:
Client-focused and professional in all interactions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
Proactive, with a willingness to suggest improvements and new ideas
Why join Everywhen?
You’ll be part of a collaborative, international team delivering solutions to a diverse client base. We offer the opportunity to build your expertise in global benefits, work with overseas partners, and contribute to growing the business.
