The Opportunity
We are seeking visionary leaders to establish, lead, and scale strategic business verticals within the LaxmanDeep Group.
Each selected leader will function as the CEO of an assigned business vertical with complete ownership of strategy, execution, growth, profitability, governance, and operational excellence.
This is not a salaried employment opportunity.
Instead, successful candidates will receive equity participation ranging from 2% to 5%, based on:

Key Responsibilities
The selected leader will be responsible for:
Building and leading a complete business vertical.
Developing the long-term business strategy.
Creating sustainable revenue streams.
Delivering profitability and shareholder value.
Owning complete Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
Preparing annual business plans and budgets.
Developing global partnerships and strategic alliances.
Raising investments where required.
Building high-performing leadership teams.
Establishing operational processes and governance.
Managing regulatory and statutory compliance.
Reporting performance to the Group Board.
Driving innovation, technology adoption, and business transformation.
Representing the Group before investors, customers, governments, regulators, and international partners.

Required Experience
Applicants should ideally possess:
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience.
Experience leading a business, company, division, or strategic business unit.
Demonstrated responsibility for Profit & Loss.
Proven record of business growth and scaling operations.
Strong commercial and financial management skills.
Experience in fundraising, investments, partnerships, or international business is desirable.
Board or executive leadership experience is preferred.
MBA, Master’s Degree, CA, CPA, CFA, Engineering, Law, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
Entrepreneurs, founders, and former CXOs with proven achievements are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation
This position does not offer:
Fixed salary
Monthly retainer
Guaranteed compensation
