Role Description The Senior Administrator role at Insight Genesis – IGAi is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day administrative operations across the organization. This role includes coordinating cross-functional communication, managing schedules and documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of processes for teams working in finance, HR, education, and health-related projects. The Senior Administrator will maintain records, organize digital workspace tools, support project planning and tracking, and assist leadership with reporting and operational policies. This position also involves improving workflows, supporting compliance with internal standards, and providing proactive administrative support to senior stakeholders to enable efficient delivery of AI-driven services.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior administrative, operations, or office management role, ideally within a technology, AI, or data-focused organization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and support teams across diverse geographic and cultural contexts.
- Interest in or exposure to domains such as finance, HR, education, or health and wellness is beneficial.
