We're looking for a Global Campaign Manager who loves getting campaigns out the door and making them better once they're live. You'll be the execution engine behind our webinars, content distribution, nurture programs and integrated launches.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and work closely with our content team, our digital campaign manager, and our field and product marketing teams. You know what good campaign structure looks like, you read the data to decide what to change, and you write clearly. This is a US-based role.
What you will be doing
Run webinar execution end to end. Build registration pages, invites, reminders and follow-ups. Coordinate speakers and timelines, manage the platform setup, and hand off attendee data so sales can act on it quickly.
Distribute our content. Get new content in front of the right audiences across email, paid, social and partner channels, working with the content team and our digital campaign manager.
Build and optimize nurture streams. Set up automated nurture programs in our marketing automation platform, map them to audience and buyer stage, and test subject lines, offers and cadence to lift engagement and conversion.
Support integrated launches and campaigns. Partner with field and product marketing to turn launch plans into coordinated, multi-channel execution, from briefs and timelines through go-live. Assist regional field teams to apply global campaigns to their markets.
Bring structure to every campaign. Set up campaigns with clean naming, tracking, UTMs, audience segments and attribution so results are easy to measure and compare.
Analyze and adjust. Track performance against goals, spot what's working and what isn't, and recommend and make changes mid-flight. Share clear reporting with stakeholders.
Write campaign copy. Draft emails, landing pages, invites and promotional copy that's clear and on brand.
What we will require of you
5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, marketing operations or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience executing webinars and multi-channel campaigns from setup to follow-up.
Experience building and managing nurture programs in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua.
A clear understanding of campaign structure: segmentation, tracking, UTMs, campaign hierarchy and attribution.
A strong analytical mindset. You're comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets and turn results into specific next steps.
Strong writing skills, with a track record of clear, concise campaign copy.
You learn new tools and topics fast and stay organized across many moving parts.
You collaborate well with content, digital, field and product marketing teams, and you follow through.
What we will love about you
Experience with webinar platforms such as Sequel.
Familiarity with CRM data and lead handoff processes, such as Salesforce.
Experience supporting field marketing or product launches.
Interest in digital accessibility, SEO or content quality.
We are open to remote or hybrid work, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
