The key activities for this role are: Building expertise in the radiation curing of coil coatings to support regional R&D projects Developing action plans to meet laboratory work requirements Utilizing advanced data analysis for formulation and problem-solving in coating development Collaborating in the preparation of research proposals for short and long-term research and development projects with detailed breakdowns of work Selecting suitable raw materials for Ebeam/UV coatings based on scientific principles and experiments Establishing a strong network of upstream and downstream stakeholders Timely execution of planned tasks in accordance with quality, health, safety, and environmental systems to support projects Creating reports and presentations Close collaboration with other functions, locations, and departments The requirements Completed bachelor's degree in (coating) chemistry, alternatively, further training as a technician Solid professional experience, preferably in the coil-coating industry Comprehensive knowledge of electron beam and UV curing of coatings Several years of experience in product development and project management Independent, proactive, and methodical work approach Commitment and teamwork Strong analytical and communicative skills Fluent English skills are mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous Interested?
