Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist (USA & LATAM)

We’re hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (US & LATAM) 🌎

📍 Medellín | Hybrid | Full-time

🚀What you’ll do:

• Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs across the US and Latin America, aligned with company strategy and local market practices.
• Run market benchmarking and salary analysis to keep pay structures competitive and equitable.
• Support annual compensation cycles: salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and job leveling.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
• Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity, and build reports and dashboards that drive decisions.
• Coordinate benefits administration: enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support.
• Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations across the US and LATAM countries.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams, and support global mobility and regional compensation initiatives.

Plus: you’ll maintain accurate records in our HRIS, support audits, and stay ahead of market trends and legislative changes across the region.

🎯What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation roles.
• Prior experience managing Compensation & Benefits processes in both the USA and LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Experience working with multinational or regional organizations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
