Global Corporate Demand Leader

What you'll bring

You are a senior leader in enterprise software or SaaS with experience running complex, global demand management programmes. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.

• You have designed and run integrated demand management frameworks, including pipeline planning, whitespace analysis, target-account prioritisation, lead management, qualification, and routing.
• You have aligned Sales, Marketing, Digital, Partners, Customer Success, and Operations around shared revenue priorities in a global matrix.
• You are experienced in partner-led go-to-market models — co-selling, pipeline quality, and conversion.
• You have led distributed teams across global, regional, and market-unit structures.
• You bring a practical and accountable approach to AI — you use automation, AI-assisted tools, and prompt design to work more effectively, and you take ownership of the quality of AI-generated outputs.
• A degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. An advanced business degree is preferred.

What you'll build

You will own SAP's global Corporate demand management strategy — the operating model, governance, and integrated plan that connects market opportunity to revenue execution.

• Define the global Corporate demand management strategy, aligned to revenue targets and Solution Area priorities.
• Translate market potential, whitespace, and target-account data into pipeline targets by region, route to market, and source of demand.
• Mobilise Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Customer Success, and Services around one coordinated plan with clear ownership.
• Set standards for lead routing, qualification, handoffs, and ownership to reduce duplication and pipeline leakage.
• Govern pipeline health across all regions using analytics and AI-driven insight to identify gaps and support accurate forecasting.
• Lead Regional Corporate Demand Leaders through shared planning frameworks, performance rhythms, and governance cadences.

Where you belong

You'll be part of SAP's Corporate segment leadership, working across Sales, Revenue Operations, Solution Areas, and regional teams. You'll lead a global community of Regional Demand Leaders and act as the strategic link between market opportunity and sales execution. This is a highly visible role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with conviction, and wants to shape how SAP drives growth across one of its most important customer segments.
