Global Deal Support Specialist We usually respond within a day We are looking for a Global Deal Support Specialist to act as a crucial link between our Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, ensuring expansion opportunities move smoothly and accurately through the pipeline. In this role, you will join a fast-paced operational team at a leading global technology company. What You Will Do? Partner directly with Sales and Deal Operations leadership to advance business opportunities. Handle calculations, correspondence, and deal requests within defined SLAs. Verify existing contracts, manage data in Salesforce (SFDC), and handle contract redlining for accuracy. Own the creation of Amendments, Clarification Letters, and Order Forms. What We Are Looking For? 2+ years handling high-volume transactions or working in Sales Operations / Deal Desk. Strong, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent written and spoken English (at least upper-intermediate level). A strong team player who thrives under pressure, manages multiple priorities, and is interested in AI-driven tools.
