What you’ll do

• As the strategic digital partner to Skretting leadership, you’ll translate business priorities, customer needs and growth ambitions into a focused aquaculture digital agenda.
• You’ll identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across precision feeding, farm performance, customer experience, formulation, value selling and operational efficiency.
• You’ll shape and drive the Aquaculture digital roadmap, aligning investments, capabilities and resources with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Working closely with business leaders, Digital & Technology teams and Finance, you’ll ensure digital initiatives deliver sustainable growth, customer value, margin improvement and operational efficiencies.
• You’ll maintain an external perspective on aquaculture, customer and technology developments, converting insight into innovative and scalable solutions.
• Through collaboration with internal and external partners, you’ll help bring new capabilities from concept to adoption while ensuring long-term value realization.
• Leading a small digital team and mobilizing cross-functional stakeholders globally, you’ll drive governance, prioritization, adoption and continuous improvement across the Aquaculture digital portfolio.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is a strategic thinker, influential relationship builder and experienced transformation leader who can connect technology opportunities with business value and customer outcomes.

You’ll also need:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within complex global organizations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms, coupled with a value-driven mindset.
• Experience within aquaculture, agriculture, animal nutrition or a related industry, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer value drivers.
