  • building and maintaining diverse, future-ready leadership pipelines aligned to strategic business priorities across regions and functions
  • acting as a market intelligence partner, providing competitor insights, talent landscape analysis and succession-relevant data to inform hiring and workforce planning decisions
  • championing diversity, equity & inclusion by embedding inclusive sourcing methodologies and proactively expanding underrepresented talent pools
  • strengthening and leveraging external research channels to broaden global reach and elevate talent access
  • providing agile support to the Global Executive Search team (and Global Talent Acquisition) during peak periods, including sourcing and candidate assessment
  • contributing to the end-to-end delivery of Executive Search assignments where required.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • strong stakeholder skills
  • executive-level, clear communication
  • ability to stay calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • proactive ownership, capability to anticipate bottlenecks, think ahead and keep processes moving
  • high level of professionalism and maturity, with a proven track record of building trust and representing the Executive Search team with credibility and confidence
  • structured and organised working style, ability to coordinate complex interview processes across time zones and stakeholders
  • high level of discretion and confidentiality.

At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously. If someone has concerns about a possible violation of legal regulations indicated in Polish Whistleblowing Act or our Code of Business Conduct, we encourage them to speak up. Cases can be reported to global team or locally (in line with the local HBSP Whistleblowing procedure) by selecting proper option in this tool or by communicating it on hotline.
