Global Head of Influencer Marketing

We're ambitious, fast-moving and creatively led, with teams across the UK, US and Europe. The Role This is the most senior influencer marketing role in the business. You'll own our influencer proposition end to end across every market we operate in: the strategy, the standards, the talent relationships and the people. It's equal parts strategist, client leader and team builder, setting the direction for how NewGen does influencer, keeping us ahead of a fast-moving industry and making sure that thinking lands consistently and brilliantly across offices and accounts. You'll be a visible leader internally and a trusted senior voice externally, in the room with our most important clients and their most senior stakeholders. What you'll do Set and own NewGen's global influencer marketing strategy and point of view, keeping us ahead of platform, creator and cultural shifts Lead influencer thinking across our biggest accounts, from always-on creator programmes to high-profile global and celebrity talent campaigns Act as the senior client partner on influencer, building trust with senior marketers, leading key conversations and turning brand challenges into standout creative solutions Build, lead and grow a high-performing global team of 15+, spanning strategy, talent and account delivery across multiple offices Raise the bar on craft and consistency: the standards, processes and ways of working that make our output excellent in every market Own senior talent and agency relationships and lead negotiation on marquee talent deals Partner with account, creative, strategy and data leads to deliver joined-up, measurable work Contribute to new business, shaping pitches, winning work and growing existing accounts Bring commercial rigour to the discipline: resourcing, forecasting and margin across the influencer function What you'll bring Deep, demonstrable expertise in influencer and creator marketing, with a track record of category-leading campaigns Genuine multi-market experience. You understand how creator ecosystems, culture and regulation differ across the UK, US and Europe and how to run work that travels Exceptional client handling at the most senior level, with the credibility to lead the room and the judgement to navigate complex stakeholders Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams, with a real talent for developing people Strong commercial instincts across resourcing, budgets and account growth A sharp creative and cultural radar and the strategic ability to turn it into effective work Confidence operating at pace across a global, multi-office business Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in client-facing influencer roles, effecting change, impacting strategy and commercial growth Nice to have Experience across travel, technology or FMCG categories A strong existing network across talent agencies, platforms and the creator economy Additional European languages Why NewGen You'll be shaping one of the most important disciplines in the agency, with the backing to build it properly and the freedom to lead.
