Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Global Head of Marketing at Blend.

The Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations and strategies. Responsible for building the Brand across North America and Europe and leading the growth of the membership community through a marketing led strategy.

We've built an amazing community and an amazing membership proposition - now its time to take it to the world. in 2027 we will be taking Blend to the world and this is an opportunity for some one how has experience in building brand awareness and driving demand in the membership and executive leadership space.

This role is based in Chippenham with flexibility for some remote work.

• Digital Marketing - Demand generation of membership applications
• Founder PR Band and Book Launch
• Market Planning and Marketing Management skills
• Market Research and Sales skills
• Public Relations skills
• Experience in leading and managing a marketing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the membership community or global leadership industry is a plus
• Looking for a self starter who is as comfortable in the weeds as they are building strategy.
