Why join us?
Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.
Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
An exciting opportunity has opened for a dynamic Global Head of Revenue Operations at
Mitti. We are seeking an innovative leader passionate about building high-performing teams and systems.
As the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you will report to our Global Head of GTM and collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute Mitti’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll drive the development of scalable systems, AI solutions, and processes that empower our sellers to excel. This role provides an opportunity to lead a large, diverse global team while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who is comfortable engaging with both technology and business strategy. You bring sound judgment, a collaborative spirit, and deep empathy for the teams at the heart of revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Shape GTM strategy with the executive team and own operational cadence and reporting.
Lead the roadmap for GTM Engineering and AI initiatives, driving increased bookings and rep productivity.
Provide data-driven insights that sharpen strategy and support executive decision-making.
Equip sales leaders with actionable data to build individual coaching plans for their teams.
Partner with Sales Enablement to translate customer and deal data into valuable product feedback.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Marketing Operations, GTM Finance, and Product to optimize systems driving pipeline and bookings growth.
Build scalable, efficient processes that satisfy public company requirements in partnership with Finance over the next 12–18 months.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; manage the Revenue Operations budget.
About You
10+ years in Revenue Operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role, with a record of scaling and operationalizing growth systems in global organizations.
Proven experience leading multi-functional teams—including Salesforce admins, GTM engineers, systems specialists, and analysts.
Deep knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Zuora, and Claude, and expertise in integrating these platforms across the entire customer lifecycle.
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau, and Workato, and demonstrated ability to use them for pipeline growth.
Technical proficiency with SQL and ideally with Python or JavaScript; comfortable prototyping and using tools such as Retool and Hex.
Understanding of quote-to-cash and renewals processes.
Experience establishing controls that meet public company standards, ideally including IPO readiness and listing.
Ability to translate customer, deal, and pipeline data into clear, actionable insights for leaders at all levels.
How You Work
Exceptional collaborator with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders, focused on their success.
Logical, authentic, empathetic, and trustworthy—building strong relationships with leaders and sellers.
Demonstrates extreme ownership and delivers results through cross-functional influence.
Influences effectively across teams, partnering closely with the Head of Global GTM on high-impact decisions.
Deeply understands the challenges faced by revenue teams and consistently works to remove obstacles.
AI Skills
Strong grasp of scalable agent and AI system design at an engineering level, with the vision to develop robust roadmaps free from technical debt.
Proficient user of AI tools such as Claude for analytics, insight generation, and team efficiency.
What This Role Isn't
This is not a back-office reporting role. You will be an integral part of executive strategy conversations and fully accountable for improving rep productivity. This position is hands-on—you will shape and own the technical and AI roadmaps, not delegate them.
Location
