Global HR Operations Specialist

This is NOT a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting position! At Cornerstone Global Partners, we're looking for a Global HR Operations Specialist to join a growing global operations team supporting international clients and workforce programs.

This role is ideal for HR Operations, Shared Services, People Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding, or Workforce Management professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while managing multiple processes and systems.

⚡What you'll do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, global partners, and contingent workers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, assignment changes, extensions, and workforce support activities.
• Manage and resolve inquiries through email, ticketing systems, and other communication channels while meeting service level expectations.
• Maintain accurate employee and assignment data across multiple HR systems, client platforms, and VMS environments.
• Support data validation, reporting, invoicing research, and operational audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Billing, Operations, and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help optimize global operations through automation and system enhancements

💡You are:

• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 2 Years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding, Workforce Administration, or Staffing Operations within the US Market.
• Global Employment experience
• CRM and VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY (Workday), ElevateVMS) experience
• Experience with handling multiple projects, coordinating through multiple priorities and workflows, meeting deadlines with autonomy.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to a broad range of requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
