Marketing & Operations Specialist

We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Marketing & Operations Associate.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who is passionate about supporting marketing initiatives, client success, research projects, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing, client support, administrative operations, and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

This role is not a traditional marketing or administrative assistant position. The person in this position will help design, structure, and improve marketing, research, client engagement, and operational workflows through clear, repeatable, and efficient processes.

The salary range is $800 USD to $1.200 USD monthly, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.

Candidates from Latin America may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.

The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation for social media and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights for business initiatives.
• Support client communications, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Track, organize, and report on ongoing marketing, research, and operational projects.
• Support SEO, business directories, backlink projects, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, contracts, and internal requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and operational improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, generate insights, and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Maintain organized records, dashboards, and project information for team visibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1) with professional conversation skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Interest or experience in digital marketing and operational support.
• Comfortable using AI tools, technology platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Previous administrative, client support, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented personality.
