Centuro Global simplifies business travel and immigration with expert legal support and award-winning technology. Leading companies in over 170 countries choose us over legacy providers for our speed, transparency, and ability to handle complex requirements.
Why this role exists
Centuro Global is expanding our service delivery team across multiple regions as our client base and footprint expand. We are seeking dynamic candidates who have the passion to deliver excellent customer service with expertise.
This role sits within the Global CS team. Depending on the location of the individual, this role has potential to build a CS team in the mid-term, as client demand increases. What you’ll do
Own end-to-end immigration/visa case management for an assigned caseload: client communication, document collection, application preparation, submission tracking, and status updates.
Respond to client queries and case updates within SLA (targets to be shared; general response and urgent-escalation windows apply).
Proactively flag blockers (missing documents, portal issues, government delays) rather than leaving a case without an update.
Escalate appropriately to the Global CS Lead when a case is at risk of missing SLA, and keep internal case notes current and accurate.
Cross-train across visa types as volume dictates; for example,
Contribute to a high-ownership, outcomes-focused team culture: we care about results and supporting each other under pressure, with autonomy over how you get there rather than close oversight of hours worked.
What we’re looking for
Prior hands-on experience in immigration case management or visa processing at an immigration law firm, Big 4, EOR/PEO provider, or in-house global mobility team. Candidates should be able to speak fluently and specifically about real cases they’ve handled, not just describe a process at a high level.
Comfort managing a live caseload under SLA pressure, including knowing when and how to communicate delays to clients rather than going quiet.
Prior exposure to specific visa categories is a plus: the exact set of highest-priority visa types is still being finalized based on client volumes, so flexibility to train into new categories is important.
Strong written and verbal client communication skills.
Willingness to work a shift pattern that may fall outside standard daytime hours, to align with clients and colleagues across other time zones.
Must be able to work flexible hours depending on the timezone of the candidate
