Here, your work truly matters — and so do you.

🎯 What's your mission?

Ensure that industrial facilities, capital projects, equipment, and technical standards support the company’s growth safely, reliably, and cost-effectively. Define and deploy common engineering practices across sites, while adapting solutions to local operational needs and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership from business case and concept design through commissioning, handover, and performance stabilization.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

  • Participate in the development of long-term manufacturing master plans and capacity strategies for all production sites, ensuring alignment with commercial growth projections and business continuity requirements.

  • Participate in the industrial digitalization roadmap across all manufacturing sites.

  • Participate in engineering initiatives supporting sustainability targets, including energy efficiency, water reduction, waste minimization, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable facility design.

  • Coordinate external engineering companies, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring technical alignment, competitive tendering, contractual clarity, and delivery against agreed requirements.

  • Protect Eurofragance’s interests in scope, cost, schedule, quality, operability, maintainability, and safety.

  • Prepare and challenge investment estimates, forecasts, and cost-to-complete; monitor commitments and actual expenditure with Finance, Controlling, and Procurement.

  • Contribute to plant engineering standards, equipment strategy, process technology selection, and industrial best practices.

  • Partner with Operations Excellence teams to identify and implement engineering solutions that improve productivity, OEE, reliability, ergonomics, and manufacturing performance.

  • Coordinate equipment selection, factory acceptance, installation, qualification where required, commissioning, and operator/maintenance training.

  • Ensure complete project close-out, including As-Built drawings, manuals, certificates, spare-parts lists, warranties, legal documentation, and transfer to Operations and Maintenance.

  • Build effective relationships with Plant Managers, Operations, Production, Maintenance, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Controlling, Procurement, HR, and local project teams.

  • Contribute to engineering capability development through coaching, knowledge transfer, and succession planning, including a structured handover from the current role holder.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

  • Education: University degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent Engineering. Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering and project management, including involvement in complex CAPEX projects. Experience in multinational, multi-site environments and plant start-ups.

  • Industry background: Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with strong safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Chemical, fragrance, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or comparable process industries.

  • Project scope: Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end management of industrial projects, contractors, budgets, and commissioning. Greenfield and international expansion experience.

  • Languages: English: High / business level. Spanish: High.

  • Availability for international travel (around 10%).
