  • Serve as the insights subject matter expert for the assigned brand, asset, or disease area, maintaining a deep understanding of HCP, patient, and payer insights for the assigned brand, asset, or disease area, connecting human insights to brand strategy and customer experience.
  • Partner with commercial leadership and cross-functional partners to define and prioritize objectives, budgets, and work plans; lead cross-functional alignment on implications and recommended actions; exercise independent judgement to resolve evidence gaps and escalate recommended trade-offs.
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to a variety of audiences to influence brand decision-making, including senior leadership such as Therapeutic Area Heads and Disease Area Strategy Leads, and serve as a constructive devil’s advocate when needed.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with best-in-class vendors; lead agency teams and direct allocation of project resources to deliver the highest-value work.
  • Informally coach Managers and project teams in problem framing, research design, synthesis, and executive communication; promote and contribute to a culture of actively exchanging learnings and best practices across Global Insights; and contribute to the development of insight methods, marketing excellence, and AI-enabled insights capabilities.
