- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at both headquarters and country level.
Commercial Negotiations & Business Development
- Lead high-level commercial and financial negotiations with strategic banking partners.
- Manage global agreements and coordinate local contractual arrangements.
- Identify new revenue streams, cross-selling opportunities and opportunities for product innovation.
- Work closely with product, sales, marketing, underwriting, legal and operations teams to deliver commercial initiatives.
International Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent delivery of strategic objectives.
- Represent the partnership internally at executive and board level.
- Ensure alignment between international business priorities and local market requirements.
Performance & Commercial Excellence
- Monitor partnership performance, revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction across markets.
- Develop performance dashboards and provide commercial insights to senior leadership.
- Identify market trends, regulatory developments and competitive opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in commercially driven professionals with a strong background in banking, bancassurance, insurance partnerships, consumer finance or automotive financial services.
Essential Experience & Skills

- Experience working with banks, automotive finance providers, insurance companies or financial services distribution partners.
- Exposure to European markets, particularly France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
- Experience developing insurance or financial protection propositions and bringing new products to market.
- French language skills would be a strong advantage.

- Performance bonus: Up to 15% individual bonus plus up to 8% company bonus.
- Pension: 5% employer contribution.
- Healthcare and dental insurance for employees.
- Annual leave: 22 days, increasing to 25 days after two years.
