Covergirl and Sally Hansen are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will learn the inner workings of the cosmetics industry, build business relationships and develop key skills needed to progress in Brand Marketing. You will work under key team leaders while contributing to brand strategy and business needs. ​

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter that is passionate for beauty and brands, organized, creative, analytical and eager to learn and collaborate across a broad array of teams and stakeholders. ​

As our Global Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:

Your main focus:

1. Day to Day Brand Marketing Team Support​

• Support the Covergirl and Sally Hansen Brand Marketing teams on day to day operations, including:​
• Retail sales data pulls​
• Brand sales performance tracking and analysis​
• Competitive product ordering, product evaluation and marketing/sales performance analysis​
• Internal product ordering​
• Shade analysis​
• Product, product name, shade name and claims ideation.​
• Support Brand teams on budget management, including raising and tracking all purchase orders. ​
• Maintain internal product inventories.​

1. New Product Innovation Support​

• Contribute to innovation briefs.​
• New product code creation​
• Contribute to internal marketing folders, including innovation concept illustrations, launch rationale and key launch details. ​
• Support brand creative content shoots as point person coordinating product comps, product bulk samples and other shoot materials for all new products. ​

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration​

• Collaborate as needed with stakeholders across functions – NPD, Packaging, Initiative Management, Creative, Consumer Engagement and Commercial Marketing teams - to complete tasks on time with excellence.​

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 1-2+ years of related marketing experience, global experience a plus!
• Undergraduate degree required
• Fluency in internal systems and tools​
• Timeliness and accuracy​
• Demonstration of brand marketing competencies – creativity, analytics, consumer-centricity, trend perception, product development and aesthetics​
• Leadership capabilities​
• Relationship-building and collaboration​

• Base Salary Range: $35-$40 per hour
