As a key asset team member, you will translate medical strategy into clear, consistent communications, field medical resources, congress plans and learning programs. You will partner across patient impact operations, publications, training, medical information, patient engagement, corporate communications, access and commercial teams, excluding sales. You will also collaborate with medical science liaisons, country representatives, external agencies and the medical community to co-create content, deliver education, support congress engagement and generate scientific insights.

What you’ll do

  • Lead scientific communication strategies, platforms, lexicons and integrated plans aligned with medical strategy.
  • Create field medical content, learning programs and resources supporting education and data dissemination.
  • Drive global congress strategy, attendee preparation, educational activities, insights and post-congress reporting.
  • Align global, regional and country stakeholders through inclusive content co-creation and scientific consistency.
  • Establish reusable content standards, central repositories, technology solutions and meaningful impact metrics.
  • Manage agencies, external resources, medical communications budgets, governance and leadership reporting.

  • Pharmaceutical industry or agency experience developing scientific communications for medical audiences.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, industry guidelines and compliant scientific communication practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, scientific expertise and strategic problem-solving skills.

Preferred requirements

  • Experience supporting global, regional and local medical communications operations.
  • Experience designing onboarding, continuing education and self-directed learning for field medical teams.
  • Knowledge of learning principles, preferences and effective adult-learning approaches.
