Are you passionate about strategy, business transformation, and service innovation? Join our Smart Aftersales Service team and help leading organizations transform their service businesses through servitization, operating model redesign, and digital enablement.

You'll work with global clients to unlock recurring revenue streams, improve profitability, and build scalable service organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Service Strategy and Servitization engagements.
• Design outcome-based and subscription service models.
• Contribute to service operating model transformations.
• Develop service portfolio and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate client workshops and strategic assessments.
• Support business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• University Degree
• 2–5 years (Analyst) or 5–9 years (Consultant) of industry and/or consulting experience, including exposure to aftermarket service strategy, servitization, aftersales operations, or service transformation.
• 10–15 years (Manager) or 15–20 years (Senior Manager) of industry and/or consulting experience, including exposure to aftermarket service strategy, servitization, aftersales operations, or service transformation.
