What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Manager, Onboarding to join our Onboarding leadership team. The ideal candidate will lead their team in executing priorities, managing performance, and ensuring results align with organizational goals. You will coordinate across functions to deliver impactful onboarding programs and operational improvements while fostering accountability, adaptability, and engagement within your team. How You'll Make an Impact Lead team execution to deliver on key objectives with accountability for results Partner with People Operations, Immigration, Payroll, Legal, and Client Services to align projects and initiatives with business needs Manage performance by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing contributions Support change initiatives by modeling adaptability and encouraging resilience in your team Develop team members’ skills and career growth through coaching and mentoring Ensure consistent onboarding quality and customer experience outcomes Let’s Connect If You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience Proven experience managing projects, workflows, or small-to-medium sized teams Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance competing priorities Experience collaborating in a cross-functional, client-facing, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team success Our Commitment to You At Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
