Our expertise is built on delivery, and we work side by side with our clients to help them build outstanding digital banks. What would I be doing as a Product Manager at Ikigai? As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the full product lifecycle, with a strong focus on the discovery phase and MVP development. You will help clients define their vision, validate ideas, and create a roadmap to deliver market-ready digital banking products. Whether launching a new neobank, designing a payments infrastructure, or modernising a core banking system, you will be instrumental in ensuring product-market fit and delivering tangible business value. Your key responsibilities would include; Product discovery and MVP definition: Lead structured discovery workshops with clients to define product vision, user needs, and business goals. Use research, prototyping, and validation techniques to prioritise features for an MVP. Customer and market research: Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and financial modeling to guide product strategy. Building digital banks and fintech products: Drive the development of digital banking platforms, payment solutions, lending products, and embedded finance offerings. Agile execution and delivery: Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to build, iterate, and scale products using Agile methodologies. Regulatory and compliance alignment: Ensure products comply with financial regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and risk management best practices. Stakeholder and client engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between business objectives and product development. Data-driven product growth: Use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and adoption. Thought leadership and mentorship: Provide fintech expertise and strategic guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices in product discovery, development & scaling. What do we need from you already? 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech, banking, or financial services. Experience in taking a product from discovery through to MVP launch. Having worked on a B2C consumer product with a mobile app is a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding clients through strategic product decisions. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
