Overview

• Oracle Cloud HCM Technical: 5+ years of strong hands-on experience
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 4+ years of solid development and integration experience
• Oracle HCM Functional Knowledge: 5+ years of medium to strong functional understanding
• Leadership Experience: Prior lead or team coordination experience is preferred
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Location:Remote

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for providing technical leadership, planning and project coordination and must have a solid understanding of application software development, IT and HR terminology, and software.
• Work with Human Resource users and functional teams to understand and analyze complex business problems and implement new product features, enhancements, solutions, services and optimize business processes.
• Communicate with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
• Additional responsibilities may include; troubleshooting system technical and functional issues and coordinating issue resolution with development, technical, and operations teams, identifying, evaluating and developing roadmaps for the integration of business processes, applications, technologies and infrastructure, and recommending solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
• Researches, investigates, interprets and analyzes complex business requirements to specify, design and implement supportable, effective and efficient solutions.
• Provides strong communication skills to ensure timely reporting to key stakeholders in business support and/or project environments.
• May also act as analytical or procedural expert and represent team on cross-functional process or project deliverables.

About you

Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required (Oracle Cloud/ EBS, OBIEE, Oracle/Taleo applications). Strong quantitative and analytic skills. Preferred: Educational background in IT area of study. Excellent communication skills. Behaviors: Outstanding written and verbal communications. Ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the customer.
