Make an Impact as a Global Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator at Worldwide

Learning experiences only create value when they are delivered seamlessly. In this role, you'll be the operational engine behind global learning programs, ensuring training sessions are planned, coordinated, communicated, and executed with excellence across diverse audiences and time zones.

As a key member of the Global Organizational Learning & Development (GOLD) team, you'll help create a consistent, high-quality learner experience by managing training logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Your work will enable facilitators, subject matter experts, and learning leaders to focus on development strategies while you ensure every program runs smoothly from planning through completion.

You'll collaborate with Learning & Development professionals, HR partners, facilitators, LMS teams, and business stakeholders to support scalable learning programs that drive employee growth and organizational capability across the business.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Argentina or the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs, ensuring sessions are delivered successfully and on schedule.
  • Manage training calendars, session scheduling, registrations, rosters, waitlists, and participant communications across global audiences.
  • Coordinate facilitators, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to ensure all training activities are fully prepared for delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute learner materials, resources, evaluations, reminders, and follow-up communications that support a positive participant experience.
  • Track attendance, completions, evaluations, and operational metrics while maintaining accurate program records and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learner inquiries related to schedules, access instructions, attendance, and training logistics.
  • Support learning program planning, launches, recurring training activities, and governance milestones through proactive organization and execution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help standardize templates, workflows, checklists, and operational practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain learning resources, training documentation, course catalog information, and collaboration sites to support ongoing program success.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, HR program support, project coordination, or related administrative and operational roles.
  • Experience supporting training programs, learning events, HR initiatives, project logistics, or operational workflows within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience creating clear, professional, learner-facing communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, learner tracking, completion reporting, training evaluations, and course catalog administration is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) with the ability to support global learning programs across multiple time zones, including occasional early morning or late afternoon coverage.

We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
