Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Partnership and Alliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. The Partnership and Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with our company's objectives and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances based on strategic fit, market opportunities, and potential for mutual benefit.
• Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements that outline roles, responsibilities, and objectives for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and industry influencers to facilitate collaboration and drive business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to leverage partnerships and maximize value for the company.
• Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and establish new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in partnership development, alliance management, or business development roles, preferably within the human capital and SaSS industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work remotely, independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with partnership management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Employer of Record and Global Payroll landscape, key players, and emerging trends is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
