Job Description:
Location preference is GSW, Poland. However other MGS hub locations could be considered.
As P&O Business Partner at Mars, you would be responsible for advising on HR policy and assisting with implementation of HR procedures and processes. You would work directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
What are we looking for?
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Over 10 years of wide and deep experience providing expert competence
- Min 3 years’ experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers
- Able to work independently and be a team player
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Strategic Business Partnering & Co-pilot: Partner directly with the MGS P&O and RDS leadership teams to translate business strategies into a forward-looking Global P&O strategy, establishing collaborative co-pilot relationships to align people initiatives with business goals
- GBS Operating Model & Transformation: Lead global change management and organizational design (OD) initiatives that support MGS's evolution into a high-value, digitally-enabled capabilities-as-a-service partner, mitigating disruption during structural transitions
- Future-Ready Capability & Digital Upskilling: Build future-focused organizational capabilities, driving talent development and learning agendas to upskill Associates in key GBS disciplines (e.g., data analytics, user-centric design, and digital platforms like ServiceNow and NEO AI)
- Talent Strategy & Organizational Health: Design and execute a global talent strategy that acts as a talent magnet, managing robust succession planning, fostering associate engagement, and maintaining high organizational health metrics
- Adoption of Mars Signature Programs: Collaborate with P&O Centers of Expertise (COEs) to orchestrate and deploy global signature programs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Associate Relations) tailored to the unique multi-site GBS environment
- Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Leverage advanced people data and analytics to inform strategic workforce planning and diagnose organizational challenges
- Associate Advocacy & "One Mars" Culture: Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the P&O and RDS, driving Associate advocacy and coaching Line Managers to lead with the Mars Five Principles.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
