About the role:

As a Quality Documentation Officer, being a member of European Customer Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer documentation, quality, and compliance-related requests. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will help translate customer requirements into effective business processes and quality systems, while driving continuous improvement in documentation practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries, documentation requests, and quality-related requirements.
  • Serve as a key contact for customer documentation topics and support complaint investigations where documentation-related aspects are involved
  • Understand, review, and assess customer requirements, ensuring their effective implementation within quality management systems and certification profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to evaluate requirements, discuss feasibility, and identify alternative solutions when needed
  • Analyze customer inquiries and trends to identify recurring topics, opportunities for process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancement opportunities, defining action plans, and monitoring implementation.
  • Review projects and business changes to evaluate their impact on customer requirements and documentation processes.
  • Support the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements into customer quality documentation.
  • Ensure emerging customer expectations and new requirements are effectively communicated and embedded within the organization.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in quality- or documentation-related positions.
  • Background in the food industry is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of another European language is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the broader business context.
  • Comfortable working with and communicating across a matrix organization.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
