The Global P&O Service & Operations Analyst supports the governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of P&O services and processes. This role partners with service owners, Centers of Excellence, and regional stakeholders to coordinate service changes resulting from policy updates, legal and regulatory requirements, governance decisions, audit findings, and business priorities. The analyst helps ensure services are delivered consistently, comply with defined standards and requirements, and are effectively implemented across countries and business units.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Service Governance & Compliance

• Support governance activities that ensure P&O services align with established policies, standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of service changes arising from legal, compliance, audit, risk, or policy-related requirements.
• Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, service standards, and implementation records to support compliance and consistent service delivery.
• Support reviews of service performance, compliance adherence, risks, controls, and remediation activities.

Service Change Implementation

• Coordinate activities required to deploy changes to P&O services, processes, and operating models.
• Partner with service owners and subject matter experts to assess impacts, define implementation requirements, and support execution.
• Track implementation plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items associated with service and process changes.
• Support stakeholder readiness, communications, and adoption activities related to new or updated services.

Service Expansion & Process Improvement

• Support the rollout of new services, service enhancements, and service expansions across markets, countries, and business units.
• Assist with the implementation of local process changes required to address country-specific regulations or business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service effectiveness, standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support post-implementation reviews and stabilization activities to ensure services operate as intended.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain service documentation, process maps, work instructions, operating procedures and governance documentation.
• Ensure documentation reflects approved policies, processes, and service changes.
• Support stakeholder communications, training, and readiness activities related to service and process changes.

Reporting & Coordination

• Monitor implementation progress and provide updates to service owners and stakeholders.
• Track governance actions, compliance requirements, risks, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation of governance materials, status reports, and operational updates.

What are we looking for?

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree program in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience in HR, Shared Services, Operations or Finance preferred;
• Experience supporting HR, shared services, operations, governance, compliance, service management, or business process environments.
• Experience coordinating process, policy, service, or operational changes across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining documentation, procedures, process maps, and operational standards.
• Experience tracking activities, risks, issues, and dependencies in a structured environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Preferred

• Project Management, Service Management, or Governance-related certifications.
• Experience supporting regulatory, policy, audit, or compliance-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, HRIS, knowledge management, or service management practices.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.).
