About this Position

Are you passionate about shaping global Finance processes and driving large-scale business transformation? Join our team as Global Process Owner Finance Order-to-Cash (GPO F-OTC) and take ownership of the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash process landscape across all regions, business units, and shared service operations.

What you´ll do

• Own and govern the global end-to-end Finance Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements, governance standards, compliance requirements, and Finance strategy.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve global OTC process standards, policies, controls, and KPI frameworks to drive operational excellence and business value.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, scalability, and performance across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement programs and identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce complexity, optimize process costs, and implement global best practices.
• Act as the global business process owner for Finance OTC and support the design, implementation, and deployment of future process and system capabilities.
• Lead process harmonization activities following acquisitions, reorganizations, ERP implementations, and other strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Finance, Business Units, Shared Services, IT teams, regional process experts, key users, and external partners to define business requirements and drive sustainable business outcomes.
• Conduct process benchmarking and leverage industry best practices to continuously enhance global OTC performance.
• Support global transformation programs and solution deployments by providing process leadership, governance, and subject matter expertise.
• Shape Henkel's future Finance OTC strategy and create measurable business impact through enterprise-wide transformation, digitalization, and automation initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Shared Services, Finance Operations, Process Management, or related areas within a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, preferably including Accounts Receivable Management, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, and related Finance operations.
• Proven experience in process governance, process optimization, harmonization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical process solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, transformation initiatives, and change management activities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and Finance transformation programs; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with process mining, automation technologies, and digital process transformation initiatives is considered a plus.
• Project or program management certification is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Salary: €2,500 – €4,000 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
