Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Project Coordinator to join the Strategic Creative Services (SCS) team. This individual will operate as a hybrid project and account manager, working directly with creative teams and internal stakeholders, considered to be your “clients”. The work you will manage is focused on creative deliverables in need of translation and transcreation across multiple regions — ensuring that our central creative vision is seamlessly adapted, versioned, and delivered into 50+ languages.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the central marketing team and regional stakeholders. If you are a master of trackers, thrive in cross-cultural collaboration, and have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure high standards for brand tone and regulatory compliance, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Global Process Management: Run the project management workflow for the adaptation of global marketing campaigns, acting as the primary liaison between the central marketing team and regional stakeholders across the globe. This includes briefing, managing translations, and final creative execution.
- Creative Asset Adaptation & Scale: Oversee the versioning and rollout of creative assets, scaling campaigns into approximately 75 different languages while maintaining brand consistency and cultural relevance.
- Regional Collaboration: Partner directly with regional teams to gather their specific creative requirements, understand local market nuances, and ensure their campaign needs are met on time.
- Tracker & Pipeline Ownership: Build, manage, and meticulously maintain comprehensive project trackers to monitor the status, dependencies, and deadlines of thousands of localized assets.
- Workflow Optimization & Stakeholder Management: Streamline the feedback and approval loops between creative teams, design and account teams, translation vendors/agencies, and regional marketing managers.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Coordinate with regional support to apply a hyper detail-oriented approach to QA processes, ensuring the right assets go to the right markets in the correct formats. Partner with the Creative Rights & Compliance Manager to verify product claims, disclaimers, and legal language for local market compliance.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality across the regional creative workflow.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, creative operations, localization within an advertising agency or in-house marketing environment or other related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing international creative campaigns
- Experience managing complex campaigns across a massive volume of deliverables (e.g., 10+ languages or multiple global regions)
- Experience working within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or regulated industry requiring precise claims and compliance language
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail; proven ability to manage complex project trackers and multiple reviews across global time zones
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage cross-functional creative, marketing, and compliance teams
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Bynder
- Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) or AI
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity in localized content operations
