As Global Service Owner of End-User Device Services, you are accountable for the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of Bosch’s global end-user device portfolio, including computers, mobile devices, and printers.

- Own the commercial success of the portfolio
- Own the end-to-end service perspective across the full device lifecycle, including planning, demand management, procurement, provisioning, operation, support, refresh and return.
- Drive continuous improvement along the full value chain, balancing local business requirements, global standardization, user experience, cost efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Steer strategic suppliers, service providers, and technology partners, ensuring reliable service delivery, performance transparency and contractual alignment.
- Build and develop a high-performing product and service management organization
- Ensure that local requirements and operational feedback are systematically captured, prioritized, and integrated into global portfolio development and service optimization.
We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in several of the following areas:
- Experience in product or service management for complex global products, services, or platforms involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of large-scale IT, workplace, infrastructure, or managed service portfolios, including strategy, roadmap development, performance steering, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in commercial steering and financial management, including budget planning, cost optimization, business case development, and financial performance management.
- Experience in supplier and vendor management, including performance steering, governance, commercial discussions, and contract-related collaboration.
- Experience driving the transformation of services, operating models, organizations, or supplier ecosystems within complex global environments.
- Experience building and developing capabilities in areas such as product management, service management, vendor management, customer success, or performance management.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed, and multicultural organizations, collaborating with multiple internal and external partners.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in lifecycle management of end-user devices, such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, or comparable hardware portfolios.
- Experience with Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Workplace-as-a-Service (WaaS), or comparable service delivery models.
- Experience with hardware procurement, contract negotiations, large-scale device provisioning, refresh, return, and retirement processes.
- Knowledge of endpoint and device management.
- Experience using automation, analytics, AI, self-service, or shift-left approaches to improve service quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in service design and customer journey management.
Additional skills that will make you successful in the role
- Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to translate strategy into effective operational execution.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance quality, cost, risk, standardization, and customer value when making decisions.
- Ability to think end-to-end across service value chains, functions, and organizational boundaries.
- Strong customer- and user-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering sustainable business value.
- Strong external market orientation, with the ability to leverage industry benchmarks and market insights and translate them into pragmatic solutions for Bosch.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, communicate them clearly, and create a common understanding and direction.
