Job Description We’re looking for a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally ( equity compensation ), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact! You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to combine technical understanding with strategic thinking—helping clients align equity programs with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Hybrid flexibility: Work primarily from London Periodic travel: Client meetings, training sessions, and team workshops. What You’ll Do Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions. Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships. Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally. Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives. Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends. Qualifications Must Have 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field. Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience. Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations. Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent). Nice to Have Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards. Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Additional Information This is a full-time position. This role is hybrid.
