Global Supplier Quality Engineer I

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience required in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with supplier audits and corrective actions preferred in a GMP environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
• ASQ technical certification as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) required or within 12 months of hire; Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Six Sigma highly desirable

What you will do:

• Lead supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Write and communicate detailed audit reports describing the suppliers' systems, processes, and specific findings. Follow up with supplier regarding corrective actions for any findings and ensure documents are updated appropriately.
• Drive quality improvements by analyzing supplier performance and managing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen quality systems and support business goals.
