  • Establish and lead a global change network comprising in-market change roles, market representatives and BTC change champions to communicate the change, reinforce expected behaviours, address concerns and actively support adoption. You will facilitate workshops and targeted interventions to manage resistance and build commitment.
  • Develop the Supplier Change Strategy in coordination with bp Procurement. Assess supplier-facing impacts and define the required sequencing, communications, onboarding and enablement activities.
  • Build and maintain the resourcing plan for mobilisation, knowledge transfer, testing, training and implementation. Assess trigger, absorb and contractor options, identify capacity and business-continuity risks, and monitor agreed actions and decisions.
  • Coordinate change-governance and implementation sequencing across markets, including the programme inputs, materials, dependencies and lead times required
  • Define readiness and adoption criteria, measures and reporting. Integrate change -milestones, risks and dependencies into the programme plan, conduct readiness reviews, monitor training and adoption outcomes, and coordinate corrective actions.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Change Management, psychology or a related field.
  • Dedicated experience in organisational change, or transformation delivery, including accountability for change on complex programmes.
  • Operational experience in one or more M&C businesses with clear understanding of site and dealer operations.
  • End-to-end experience across change strategy, impact and stakeholder-assessment, communications, training, readiness, implementation, adoption and sustainment in a large, matrixed organisation.
