GMP Operations Expert (Clinical Supply)

Title: Manager Location:  Germany, United Kingdom, and United States (East Coast) - Option to be remote-based. Watton Hall are partnered with a fast-growing biotech company who are at the front of innovation. Their mission is to deliver high-quality biopharmaceutical products that improve patient lives. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a GMP Operations Manager to joins its dynamic team. This position will oversee all aspect of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance within its production facility. This role is critical in ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP regulations and practices. Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading the GMP process development and continuous improvement in clinical supply related to packaging and labeling. As an expert, you will sit in the cross-functional teams representing clinical supply packaging and labeling activities. Collaborate with various departments including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless operations across the organization including working closely with CMOs to set up processes for P&L Training responsibility for team members. Profile  University degree (related to science or supply chain) multiple years experience in clinical supply in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry Experience in leading teams for packaging and labeling.
