About Global Overview

Global Overview (GO) is an e-commerce advertising agency that helps brands grow on Amazon and other retail marketplaces. Our people are the reason our clients succeed, so we built LEaPs (Learning, Excellence, and Preparedness) to help recent graduates start their careers here with real support.

The LEaPs Program

LEaPs is a 16-week program that prepares recent graduates for an entry-level role at GO, with cohorts starting twice a year, in January and June. The program is broken out into 4 segments:

• Week 1-4 – Focuses on a combination of professional development that prepares you for the corporate world and introducing you to the assigned role you’ll be taking on.
• Weeks 5-8 – Prioritizes the fundamental exercises and skills needed forr your assigned role.
• Weeks 6-12 – Deepens your experience, preparing you for participating and contributing to client-facing or broader team presentations.
• Weeks 13-16 – Prepares you for the final evaluation aspects you are required to pass to be placed in the entry-level role.

You Will Experience

You will have steady support and clear feedback from day one.

• One direct manager for the full program, for consistent guidance
• A training mentor from a top performer in the type of role you will move into
• Hands-on training through shadowing, lectures, and practice
• Ongoing feedback on every assignment, plus a monthly performance review
• Ownership of initiatives that support your cohort, and a rotating lead role in a professional development experiences bookclub

Who We're Looking For

We want curious self-starters who are within 2 years of graduating college and have less than 2 years of professional experience. Interest in e-commerce, advertising, account management, analytics, supply chain, or digital content is preferred.

Throughout the program, we assess your ability to write effectively, present ideas, deliver results, and learn quickly. We look for people who show:

Roles we are hiring for this cycle

As part of the LEAPS program, you’ll be placed on one of three teams, where you’ll build the skills for your next role.

Associate, Sponsored Ads Strategist

• Backend optimization: Support small and medium-sized client accounts
• Budget management: Keep spend pacing in line with budgets and adjust as needed
• Performance reporting: Build reports that surface trends and optimization insights
• Ad hoc projects: Help with projects as assigned

Associate Account Manager

• Product management: Set up and update products, promotions, and content on Amazon
• Issue resolution: Troubleshoot issues and submit cases to Amazon on behalf of clients
• Promotion management: Make sure all ASINs are live, unsuppressed, and in stock
• Ad hoc projects: Help with projects as assigned

Associate Operations Specialist

• Analyze shipping options to find the most cost-effective solutions
• Coordinate shipping with vendor warehouses
• Track shipments from creation to delivery and confirm they are received at fulfillment centers
• Troubleshoot transportation issues with Amazon
• Create cases for vendor reimbursements, order adjustments, and technical issues
• Analyze FBA inventory to keep enough stock for future sales while limiting overstock and storage fees

Completing LEAPS does not guarantee a full-time role with GO.
