Go-to-Market Associate
London, UK · Hybrid, 3 to 4 days a week, Liverpool Street
Who we are
Infobel is the trusted data layer powering the most powerful AI-native products. We help businesses find, verify and act on the world’s business data with precision, turning fragmented, unreliable company information into a foundation the fastest-growing products can build on.
Build something from the ground up
We’re scaling fast, and we’re doing it by winning tier-one logos. We already work with Microsoft, Apple, Interos, Exa, Vercel, Cognism, JP Morgan, EY, Deloitte and Lusha, among others. Backed by an €800M private equity fund as part of the Datasharp Group, we’re building one of Europe’s fastest-growing data businesses, and we’re just getting started.
This isn’t a “join a machine that already runs” job. It’s a “help build the machine” job. Every process, every playbook, every new market we go after: you’ll have a hand in shaping it.
The role
We’re looking for someone sharp, ambitious and commercially curious to help drive how Infobel goes to market. You’ll work out where our next big customers and partners are, build the plan to reach them, and then go and open the door yourself.
Outbound is the core of this role. A big part of your day will be prospecting senior decision-makers, alongside personalised outreach, industry events and face-to-face meetings. You’ll also map markets, test ideas and turn what you learn into pipeline with tier-one accounts.
If you want the pace and responsibility of a startup, with the backing and client list of a much bigger business, this is your place. There’s a clear, fast path into partnerships and leadership roles as we grow.
What you’ll do
- Map the market. Identify the sectors, companies and partners where Infobel can win, and decide who to go after and why.
- Build the strategy. Design outbound campaigns and account plans, using modern sales and AI tools to make every touch count.
- Open doors. Make high-volume cold calls, write sharp personalised outreach and turn conversations into qualified meetings.
- Meet people in person. Represent Infobel at industry events and conferences all around the world, and join client and partner meetings.
- Explore partnerships. Spot and help develop partners who can take our data to new markets.
- Learn fast and share it. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to double down on what’s working and drop what isn’t.
Who you are
- Smart, analytical and competitive. You hold yourself to a high standard and can show it.
- Commercially curious. You want to understand how businesses make money and why they buy.
- What matters is how you think, how you communicate and how hard you push. Backgrounds in sales, consulting, finance or tech are all welcome.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable engaging with people at events and in meetings, including senior buyers.
- Resilient. Rejection sharpens you; it doesn’t slow you down.
- Organised and self-driven. You take ownership without being asked twice.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change. We evolve quickly, and so do you.
- AI-first. You use AI to work smarter, not just faster.
- Bonus: experience with tools like Clay, Attio, HubSpot, Lemlist or Apollo, a background in SaaS, data or tech, or additional languages.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary plus commission. Your results, your earnings.
- Hybrid working, 3 to 4 days a week at our Liverpool Street office.
- A fast track into partnerships and leadership roles. We promote from within, quickly.
- Real mentorship from our sales leadership, and real ownership from day one.
- The chance to help build the commercial engine of a fast-growing, PE-backed business working with some of the biggest names in tech and data.
- Health insurance, sick pay, and maternity and paternity leave.
